How can we celebrate the good work the Holburne Museum does within its community?
Why Museums Matter is a celebration of the Pathways to Wellbeing Programme. A worthy cause led by the Holburne Museum, supporting local people experiencing a variety of complex issues including mental health, loneliness and homelessness.
A wide range of elements including an exhibition, promotional items, workshops, a collection of public opinion, a commissioned installation and an evaluation report all needed to be brought together under a flexible visual identity.
Our solution compliments a bold colour palette and typography with a simple abstract graphic. This graphic element illustrates the idea of a community coming together, creating a sense of movement that highlights the changing role of museums in today’s society, whilst also linking to the visual aesthetic of the commissioned installation.
