Forever Friends Appeal

Walk of Life Campaign

How do you bring the RUH Forever Friends biggest event to life, and deliver a campaign creative that inspires a wider audience to take part?

The ultimate aim being to grow event awareness and increase the money raised for the RUH hospital. Whilst developing a strength of sub-brand consistency for the yearly event campaign.

Our solution was inspired by the broad range of types of people that, without fail, take part every year. Some trying to break their record, some there for the fantastic wildlife and beautiful views, others taking part as a thank you to the RUH for everything they did for a loved one. All with one aim, to raise money and make a difference to the hospital community.

We paired playful character illustrations with a graphic line that linked to the walk of life winding canal path route. Crafting a fun messaging narrative to run across all campaign output, and developing a back story for each of the character personalities.
