How do you brand a next-gen leadership, organisational performance and change consultancy in a way that encourages leadership engagement?
Our concept ‘Tomorrows Leader’ builds on the idea of organisations being living organisms, constantly evolving, transforming and adapting to the ever-changing landscapes in which they operate. This narrative was illustrated with a suite of brand assets based on the well-known genome imagery – a scientific way of looking at the make up of people.
As a digital first brand with a varied audience from long-established CEO’s to the next generation of leaders; the brand needed to balance a traditional and contemporary aesthetic to give an established look, whilst being dynamic and future focused.
Using the brand assets in an illustrative way, creates a flexible brand expression that can be used to bring often complex topics to life with a thought-provoking, intelligent personality; helping to deliver a point of difference to their competitors.
